What we say and think about ourselves has a major impact on the way in which we perceive ourselves. Those vibrations are sent out into the world; therefore, we receive the energy we send out.

Affirmations are short positive statements or mantras that can help us to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging, negative thought patterns. When repeated often, and with true belief, we begin to make and see positive changes.

Within us, we all have the ability to make changes in our lives so long as we are aware that we can. The first step to creating said change is by affirming it. State where you want to be or what you want to have as though it’s already your reality. But how does that alone make it happen? That’s just it, you need to be able to see it to believe it! Words alone are powerless if they are not backed by true intentions. Change is not something that occurs overnight, it is something that manifests daily, it must be felt within you, the vision must be clear.

Affirmations can be used in a variety of situations where you'd like to see a positive change take place in your life.
